FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a sheet from austenitic stainless steel, a coating element from said steel and a method of producing a sheet. Sheet subjected to temper rolling using a roller with a mat surface after finishing cold rolling and light annealing, has average arithmetic roughness Ra of surface in direction perpendicular to rolling direction, making from 0.2 mcm to 1.2 mcm, portion of the transfer area, which is a fraction of the area of that part of the surface of the steel sheet, on which the matt pattern is transferred, which is from 15 % to 70 %, micro recesses which are formed on the surface of the steel sheet with depth of 0.5 mcm or more, an opening cross-section of 10 mcm2 and more, having density of 10.0 and less by 0.01 mm2 and opening cross-section fraction of 1.0 % and less on steel plate surface. Sheet has film formed on surface of steel sheet, consisting of oxide containing SiO2 as a main component part, and at least Si, N, Al, Mn, Cr, Fe, Nb, Ti and O as film-forming elements different from C, with content of Si 10 at. % and more, and content of N 10 at. % and less.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of sheet cleanability, matt properties and hydrophilicity.
