In addition, the film formed on the surface of the steel sheet is formed from oxide, containing SiO2 as the main component, and this oxide contains at least Si, N, Al, Mn, Cr, Fe, Nb, Ti and O as film-forming elements, besides C, the content of Si is 10 at. % or more, and the content of N is 10 at. % or less.
