FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly paediatric surgery. Skin is incised by opening a lymphangioma cavity by two 5-mm sections. An endoscopic tube camera and a manipulator tool are inserted in the cavity. Then bridges are incised with the assistance of a video camera and an ultrasonic scanner, and the lymphagiomas are combined within the same cavity. The lymphagioma contents are removed. it is followed by intraoperative hardening of the prepared cavity with iodine and alcohol solutions. A video camera assisted silicon drainage tube is inserted through one of the incisions. The drainage tube is fixed by surgical sutures to skin. A second section is closed. The lymphagioma cavity is compressed by an elastic bandage. The lymphagioma cavity is regularly hardened through the tube by iodine and alcohol solutions. Further, the tube is replaced by a rubber drainage strip to be removed after complete lymphagioma removal.

EFFECT: method enables reducing a number of tumour recurrences due to complete controlled removal, reducing operative injuries and improving a cosmetic effect.
