FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pediatric surgery, and can be used for lymphangioma treatment. That is ensured by ultrasonic examination, puncture, catheterisation, removal of lymphangioma cavity content and subsequent sclerosing of this cavity by a preparation in the form of a foam form which is introduced until the lymphangioma cavity is tightly filled. Then, the exposition catheter is clamped for 1 minute, after which the catheter is opened and ensured by the external compression of the lymphangioma region within 7 days.
EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness in surface lymphangioma of any localization and any size with minimal operating injury with reduced risk of recurrence.
