FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cosmetic medicine and may be used for age-related deflated face and neck soft tissues. A device comprises non-absorbable filaments and filament retainers in face and neck soft tissues. The filament retainers in soft tissues represent non-absorbable synthetic mesh fragments of various shape and size whereto filament ends are attached. After the device is placed within subcutaneous fat, the second stage follows 2 hours later and involves filament tightening an tissue deflation elimination. Tissue tightness may be adjusted to manage re-deflation. This procedure may be performed with the same device for several times. Non-absorbable filament garnishment into the synthetic mesh fragments for filament fixation within face and neck soft tissues to be tightened enables avoiding knotting.
EFFECT: invention enables considerably effective and continuous lifting of deflated face and neck.
