FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: threads with opposite direction notches are used, which are inserted through skin punctures in the temporal and zygomatic facial area. At that, 2-3 threads are directed from the zygomatic ligament to the bucco-maxillary ligament with additional fixation in the orbicularis oris muscle fibers. 2-3 threads are directed from a point in the temporoparietal fascia through the zygomatic ligaments along the lateral temporomandibular buccal fatty package through mastication-cutaneous ligaments to the mandibular ligament with fixation in the chin muscle fibers. Thread ends are output to the skin surface, and further fixed by surgical knots that are immersed in facial soft tissues.
EFFECT: method allows to increase trauma safety and durability of ligament fixation conservation.
