SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to aesthetic gynecology, and can be used for correction of anogenital area in females, in particular, for formation of fold in area of lower adhesion of labia majora. That is ensured by two symmetrical punctures in the region of lower adhesion of the labia majora, on each side. Then Aptos Excellence Visage Soft threads are implanted diagonally medially-caudally in subcutaneous-fat layer of perineum, forming a fold in area of lower adhesion of labia majora and fold of labia majora strictly in tissue of subcutaneous fat. Skin is fixed by translational motion. At reverse anterograde course of cannula tissue subcutaneous-fat layer is collected, moved and fixed at point pricked loop, and the thread is progressively retrogradely implanted medially through the perineum, wherein using 3 to 5 implanted Aptos Nano Spring 7 threads on each side along the diagonal, crossing the area between the posterior wall of sheath and anus. Additionally threads are fixed in infrabuttock area. Additionally, the thread are implanted into the labia majora.

EFFECT: method provides a reliable and long-lasting effect after the adhesion of labia majora.
