SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dermatology, cosmetology and aesthetic medicine. Method comprises implantation of lifting threads and reinforcing threads and implantation of filler based polylactic acid, for this purpose, the area of each buttock is divided into four quadrants, of which two upper quadrants are lateral and medial, and two lower are lateral and medial, which are conditionally separated by a horizontal line dividing the buttock zone in two. Implantation of the lifting threads is performed in the subcutaneous fat layer by pricking in the upper lateral area and by radial wiring towards the lower quadrants with pulling of the muscular tissues of the buttock in upper lateral quadrant of gluteal region with simultaneous pulling of muscular tissues in lower lateral and medial quadrants of buttock zone. Implantation of the reinforcing filaments is performed in the derma reticular layer by inserting them with radial routing into the lateral and inferior sides in the lower lateral and medial quadrants of the gluteal region and in the upper posterior surface of the thigh for reinforcement, and for the implantation of the filler, preparation PowerFill 1000 is used in dilution in 24 ml of water for injections of 12 ml into each gluteal zone in the subcutaneous fat layers.

EFFECT: method allows improving quality of skin and non-surgically increasing the volume of gluteal region while preserving reliability and duration of preserving the results of plastic changes.
