FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in production of nonvolatile memories. Proposed method comprises producing anhydrous lead acetate, and its dissolution in anhydrous organic solvent with addition of zirconium and titanium alcoholates accompanied by complexing reactions. Anhydrous lead acetate is produced by solid-phase synthesis from lead oxide PbO using absolute reagents: acetic anhydride and seed amount of acetic acid followed by drying of produced mixture to loose state to provide anhydrous lead acetate with pronounced crystalline structure. Note here that dissolution of anhydrous lead acetate crystals and its complexing with zirconium and titanium alcoholates are performed at 15-40°C.
EFFECT: higher stability, longer life, nonpolluting process.
