FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of corrugated tubes from thermoplastics. Propose device comprises extruder and female die and corrugator with moving moulding clamps. Note here that extruder and corrugator displace relative to each other for adjustment purposes in horizontal plane. Note also that extruder can displace linearly in X direction, parallel with direction of extrusion and/or extruder female die axis, and/or in Y direction, across axis X. Note that corrugator displace only vertically, or in vertical direction and in Y direction. Besides, extruder has bearing frame supported by main frame. Mind that main frame displaces on fixed guide while bearing frame can displace on guide arranged on said main frame. Device incorporates two extrudes and common female die device. The latter is arranged on angular strut fixed on bearing frame and may be replaced. Note also that extruders can displace on guides in direction of extrusion.
EFFECT: simplified design and adjustment.
