FIELD: robotic vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to remotely controlled robotic vehicles, mainly designed to capture and move goods. A cargo robotic vehicle moving along an automated warehouse sectional storage structure consisting of racks and rails with a central divider and ribs to ensure a two-track direction contains interconnected modular support transportation part, distribution and management part and gripper and manipulator part. The supporting transportation part is made in the form of a power frame with linear guide components, relative to which the existing unified on-board units with wheeled vehicles can be moved. The nodes are set in motion using the first X-coordinate electric drive device or with the help of a second Y-coordinate electric drive device, which provide orientation, mainly plane-parallel movement. The distribution and management part also contains a Z-coordinate electric drive device that provides, mainly, vertically oriented movement and a control unit that receives and processes command and control information signals from an external head control unit. Equipped with a control board, the gripper-manipulator part has the ability to accurately determine its location and control the lowering/lifting distance due to built-in encoders. One of the encoders, it is an external cable one. The gripping and manipulator part is made in the form of a frame component moving by means of a Z-coordinate electric drive device, having a manipulator device in the form of movable gripping paws, which, respectively, capture and hold the load.
EFFECT: linear guide components with the located wheeled means of the supporting transportation part are made movable for the possibility of changing the coordinates of movement, carried out due to the possibility of pairwise lifting and lowering of the corresponding unified on-board.
