SUBSTANCE: method is proposed to detect a blind area, which includes the following stages: when a user terminal moves to a blind area, the user terminal records information about a location for the last moment of time of the user terminal prior to entering into the blind area; when the user terminal moves out of the blind area, the user terminal receives information on the blind area in accordance with the recorded information of detection and information of measurement produced by detection, when the signal has been recovered. The user terminal sends information on the blind area in the form of a report to a network side device.
EFFECT: improved quality of user service and saving costs of a network provider.
