SUBSTANCE: vascular structure visualisation system presented by a three-dimensional data set comprises a means for setting the related filling values based on voxel values related to the appropriate positions in the vascular structure with the filling value being a blood amount near the appropriate position in the vascular structure, a means for determining the related minimum filling values related with the appropriate positions in the vascular structure with the related minimum filling value being a minimum of the filing values related to the upstream positions with respect to the appropriate position, a means for calculating the related deficiency values and a visualisation output depending on the deficiency values. A method for vascular structure visualisation consists in the use of the vascular structure visualisation system.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables simplifying injury localisation and improving vascular structure visualisation.
