SUBSTANCE: method for preparing polyphenol-containing compositions involving extraction of cocoa leaves, cocoa shutters or coffee leaves by a single-phase mixture of water and at least first organic solvent to produce a first extract with a high content of polyphenol oligomers, and extraction of at least a portion of the first extraction by a biphase mixture of water and at least of a second organic solvent to produce the second extract with a high content of polyphenol monomers, dimers and trimers. The polyphenol-containing composition saturated by polyphenol monomers, dimers and trimers. A food stuff containing the polyphenol-containing composition saturated by polyphenol monomers, dimers and trimers. A drug containing the polyphenol-containing composition saturated by polyphenol monomers, dimers and trimers. A cosmetic product containing the polyphenol-containing composition saturated by polyphenol monomers, dimers and trimers.
EFFECT: compositions prepared by the method described above are saturated by polyphenols.
