FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises housing with minced product discharge branch pipe and cover furnished with material feed branch pipe. Top disc is arranged horizontally inside said housing and cover to make a stator. Driven bottom disc makes a rotor. Working surfaces of each said disc are furnished with annular concentric constant-pitch ledges provided with teeth and sockets shaped to equal-leg trapezoid with smaller base facing opposite disc. Said annular ledges of one disc are located in sockets of another disc. Radial shaped orifices are arranged between sockets and lateral surfaces of ledges. Radii of curvature of said orifices within the limits of every ledge are equal but differ within the limits of adjacent annular ledges of top and bottom discs. Clearance between the walls of adjacent annular ledges of top and bottom discs is constant to make 0.1-0.3 mm while shaped orifice depth is 1.5-2.0 mm smaller than height of said ledges. Note here that load branch pipes doubles as water feed branch pipe.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, power savings.
