FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: drum for assembly of unvulcanised tire with rubber components contains primary casing with drum shaft protruding from the primary casing. Two halves of drum are arranged around shat and symmetrical relative to the drum centre and designed with possibility of axial movement along shaft. Each half of drum contains folding lever unit with folding levers connected to corresponding half of drum with possibility of turning. At least two rods transmitting force are installed in drum shaft with possibility of axial movement, they are extended to the primary casing and connected in it with drive mechanism. The first rod out of at least two rods transmitting force is connected to folding lever unit of the first half of drum. The second rod out of at least two rods transmitting force is connected to folding lever unit of the second half of drum.
EFFECT: improving serviceability and providing compactness of drum for assembly of unvulcanised tire.
