FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed building core comprises two bending lever mechanisms arranged, in fact in symmetry about core medium plane, every mechanism being coupled with appropriate main support of said levers. Both said supports may displace axially along said building core. Fist shaft drives levers in synchronism axially relative to each other. Said building core comprises two assemblies of bead ring core arranged, at least, in symmetry about aforesaid medium plane. Every said assembly is intended for supporting bead ring core. Every said assembly comprises main support of bead ring core. Second shaft is used to drive both main supports axially relative to each other. Said first and second shafts are spaced radially apart.
EFFECT: simplified and more compact design.
