FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: corrugated cellular core structure is equipped with protective layers on both sides. Core has drain channels passing parallel to protective layers. First, to corrugated cellular core, at least partially there added is core filler to provide that core with sufficient stability for further stitching process. Then, protective layers that have not been saturated with curable polymer material yet are laid on corrugated cellular core and stitched to it along the lines of the base and/or along the lines of the top, at least partially by means of sewing thread. After that, saturation of the whole structure with curable polymer material and hardening using the pressure and/or temperature is performed. After the method has been implemented, core filler can be fully removed from corrugated cellular core by means of dilution or washing-away or melting.
EFFECT: invention provides the required strength of the structure and delamination of protective layers.
