FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in light-emitting devices. The luminophores have a tetragonal crystalline structure and a general formula (BauSrvCawCux)3-y(Zn,Mg,Mn)zSi1+bO5+2b:Eua, where u+v+w+x=1, y=z+a, z≤2, 0≤x≤1, 0≤a≤0.5 and 0≤b≤0.5. Said luminophores are obtained via a high-temperature solid-phase reaction with excess silicon oxide in the starting mixture and are used in combination with a primary device which emits blue light, in light-emitting diodes for obtaining white light with a colour temperature ranging from about 2000 K to 10000 K and colour rendering index CRI with Ra=80-95.
EFFECT: obtained luminophores emit light with wavelength of 500-630 nm, are stable at high temperature and are moisture resistant.
