FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely, to technology for manufacturing of bored reinforced concrete piles in erection of bases and foundations. In the method for erection of a bored reinforced concrete pile formed in soil, including formation of a well, its filling with a hardening, preferably, concrete, mix and submersion of a reinforcement frame, it is monitored, so that the volume of the hardening mixture pumped into the well, exceeds the volume of soil extracted from the well, they install, preferably, by suspension above the well filled with concrete mix, the reinforcement frame or its separate section, with installed fixators of the protective concrete layer, they match the longitudinal axis of the reinforcement frame with the longitudinal axis of the well, they submerge the frame or the section under gravity during rotary or return-rotary movement of the frame or the section around its longitudinal axis. At the same time to monitor continuity of the entire pile shaft, they submerge the reinforcement frame or its section to the bottom end of the pile, and the frame is made with dimensions of the well in the bottom part of the frame or its section. And in case of section-by-section submersion of the reinforcement frame, each new section is temporarily suspended above the well, the match the longitudinal rods of the upper and lower sections, they match the longitudinal axis of the new section with the longitudinal axis of the well, they join the upper and lower sections of the reinforcement frame, the frame is submerged for the length or larger part of the length of the new section. When required, the lower sections of the reinforcement frames before submersion are cooled. And in case of unauthorised stopping of frame or its section submersion, it is extracted, a filling string is submerged into the well, and the well is pumped with a new concrete mix, afterwards the reinforcement frame is again submerged. Or in case of unauthorised stopping of the frame submersion or its section submersion, due to produced throat, the frame or its section is extracted, the electrode system is submerged into the well in the stopping area, and treated with series of electric discharges, adding the concrete mix, then the filling string is submerged, and the well is pumped with a new concrete mix, afterwards the reinforcement frame or its section is again submerged. The hardening mix is cement mortar or plastic fine-grained concrete mix with mobility of P4…P5, which may contain coarse filler of fraction of up to 10 mm. At the same time in those cases, when the reinforcement frame, in process of repeated submersion, for instance, after additional working of the well, is not submerged freely, then submerged parts of the reinforcement frame are extracted, and the well is redrilled immediately or after concrete gains minimum strength, providing for stability of well walls, and after redrilling of the well, they repeat operations of submersion of the reinforcement frame under gravity. Besides, before submersion of the reinforcement frame, an injection pipe is installed into the well head.
EFFECT: elimination of the possibility of contact between a reinforcement frame with base soil by provision of efficient control of continuity of bored pile shaft, control of no throats in a well, and accordingly provision of reliability and durability of a pile.
