FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipe device. Pipe device includes pipe and pipe coupling on one end side of which there made is a slot passing in circumferential direction and having bottom; at that, pipe is inserted into the slot and welded in it to the coupling. Slot is connected at least by means of one through opening to the space enveloping the pipe coupling.
EFFECT: invention improves the quality of welded connection between the pipe and the coupling.
