FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and may be used in operation of pipelines arranged in landslip blocks, to take timely measures for protection of pipelines in case of soil displacement caused by disturbance of weight balance as a result of seasonal thawing, saturation of soil with water or other reasons. The method of monitoring hazardous geodynamic processes consists in the fact that at the landslip section at a certain distance from each other, reference points are installed, which are used to identify direction and speed of soil displacement. Reference points are additionally equipped with a deformed plastic cylinder laid into soil along the entire perimetre of a landslip. It is divided into several sections isolated from each other with tight plugs. They comprise an output for installation of pressure and temperature sensors, which provide for efficient data transfer along communication channels to a point of information reception.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of detection of any shifts in soil masses, as well as mechanical stress along the entire length of a landslip section, and subsequent efficient data transfer along communication channels to a dispatcher point.
