FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrocarbons transport in oil and gas industry and can be used in operation of pipelines arranged in places with possible landslide phenomena, to take timely measures for their protection against damage during displacements of ground mass caused by disturbance of weight balance as a result of seasonal thawing, saturation of soil or by other reasons. Extracted soil movement registration device in places with possible landslide effects at pipeline running route includes measuring lever consisting of fixed anchor and N movable links, interconnected by hinges, displacement metering units installed in each movable link, recording unit with data collecting and transmitting system. Additionally equipped with flexible tight casing installed in earlier drilled well. On each measuring lever movable link and on fixed anchor minimum two centralizers are installed. Fixed anchor has lock with mating element on flexible tight casing.

EFFECT: technical result consists in ensuring improved operating conditions, higher reliability, improvement of measuring device repairability.
