FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: system comprises a sealed container 1, a GSV link 8, a server 9, an electronic unit 2, magnetic-noise sensors 3, 4, 5, 6 of the stress-strain state. On the lateral edges of a pipeline in mutually perpendicular axes with referencing to the horizon line, four strain gauges 10, 11, 12, 13 are installed at points similar to the points of installation of the magnetic-noise sensors. The set of four strain gauges is connected to an electronic component 20, which is included in the electronic unit 2. The electronic component enables to calculate the mechanical deformation vector of the pipeline in the installation plane of the strain gauges and determine the angle and direction of the action of landslide mass on the pipeline.

EFFECT: preventing breakdown of the pipeline.
