EXPRESS METHOD TO DETECT MICROBAL CONTAMINATION OF LOOSE AND FIBROUS ORGANIC PRODUCTS AND LOOSE MINERAL MATERIALS Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC G01N21/76 G01N33/00

Abstract RU 2467313 C1

FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical chemistry, in particular, to luminescent analysis of content of fungous contamination in swabs with distilled water. The express method to detect availability and intensity of fungous microbal contamination of loose and fibrous organic products and loose mineral materials includes measurement of total microbal number of chemiluminescent reaction on an analyser of liquid samples with luminal reagent of swabs with distilled water from paired samples of fungus-contaminated and conventionally pure materials, and comparison of produced paired results of measurement. The method may be used in different critical and emergency situations, both for detection of bacterial fungous contamination of various loose and fibrous organic materials (food and fodder) in the express mode, and also loose mineral substances (river sand, talc), and also for making management decisions on the possibility of further use of these products and materials safely for human and animal health.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of method.
