FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for contactless measurements of displacement and speed values. The device 100 to measure displacement of a moving object 102 includes a source of light, which radiates the moving object 102 using a light beam radiated from a light-radiating area 101, a photo-diode matrix 104, 105, which comprises multiple light-receiving areas in direction of moving object 102 displacement, and which generates a light flow image reflected on multiple grooves 103 of the moving object 102 to receive light, and a measurement unit, which measures a value of displacement of a moving object 102 on the basis of the value of displacement of an image 106 in a light-radiating area, which is generated on a photo-diode matrix 104, 105 by means of generation of a light flow image.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase accuracy of measurements.
