FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing porous materials based on tungsten oxides. Described is a method of producing macroporous materials based on tungsten oxides or macroporous materials based on tungsten oxides with partial reduction of tungsten to metal form using a colloidal organic template and tungsten precursors which facilitate formation of a macroporous surface with a three-dimensional pore volume and removing the template by annealing, wherein the colloidal organic template used is a siloxane-acrylate emulsion to which a solution of a hydrolysable tungstate of an alkali metal is added as a tungsten precursor while stirring; aqueous titanium (III) solution is then added to the obtained colloidal solution in order to reduce the tungstate to form tungsten blue, said reduction being carried out with intense stirring with formation of a hydrogel residue while keeping pH of the colloidal solution below 2, after which the hydrogel residue is separated, washed with distilled water and dried at temperature not higher than 90°C, and the organic template is removed by annealing in an inert atmosphere.
EFFECT: macroporous materials having high catalytic activity in liquid-phase oxidation of organic compounds are obtained.
