OVERHEAD WORKING CRANE FOR ARRANGEMENT OF CONCRETE FILLING PILES Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC E02F5/16 E21B7/26

Abstract RU 2468155 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention comprises a tip and a solid metal structure made of joined cylindrical and conical segments and a tail. Conical segments are arranged as installed with an evenly increasing diametre towards the cylindrical segment. The cylindrical segment and conical segments bordering with the tail and the displacing tip are installed symmetrically to the longitudinal axis of the overhead working element, and remaining conical segments are displaced in the plane of cross section of the overhead working element by the value of 0.04 of the cylindrical segment diametre. Along the longitudinal axis of the solid metal structure there is a through longitudinal channel arranged. At the same time the device is equipped with a concrete cast rod arranged in the form of a bearing tubular shell with a channel and connected with the overhead working element via a tail and a coupling. The displacement tip is arranged in the form of a solid metal sleeve with through holes, a point and welded plate ribs and is connected with the overhead working element via a concrete cast detachable coupling by means of two pins moving in two diametrically arranged through oval holes.

EFFECT: invention provides for arrangement of concrete filling piles in weak waterlogged, sandy, clayey and biogenic soils.
