FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: electronic data sheet has an integrated label and a requesting and processing device. The integrated label consists of a surfactant label 1 and a semiconductor label 8, placed on one piezocrystal substrate 2. The integrated label also has an input/output comb-type transducer, a set of reflectors 4 and 5, a transceiving antenna 6, a membrane 7, an inductance 9 and a semiconductor diode capacitance 10. The requesting and processing device 11 has a driving generator 12, a first 13 and a second 16 power amplifier, a first 14, a second 21 and a third 22 multiplier, a first 15, a second 23 and a third 29 multiplier, a circulator 17, a transceiving antenna 18, band-pass filter 19, a phase-shift keyed signal demodulator 20, a low-pass filter 24, a memory unit 25, a code comparing unit 26, a first 27 and a second 28 switch, a first 30 and a second 31 phase metre and a recording unit 32.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the surfactant label due to use thereof together with a semiconductor label, designing an integrated label which provides more complete characteristics of the article under analysis.
