SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used in surgical treatment of cornea clouding of different etiology, which is accompanied by cataract. Trepanation of recipient's cornea is performed, cataract is ablated extracapsularly, after that donor transplant is laid into recipient's bed and partially fixed to cornea, leaving clearance for passing injector with IOL, anterior and posterior chambers are filled with viscoelastic, after that, elastic IOL is implanted into posterior chamber by means of injector, viscoelastic is revived and transplant is fully fixed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce the number of operational and post-operational complications, such as capsule rupture, falling of vitreous body, IOL displacement, and reduce endothelium trauma.
