FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: cloudy cornea is consecutively excised, with simultaneous imposition of provisional nodal joints, one of which is further removed in 12 hours. A bridle suture is made on the edge of the excised cornea. It is used to remove the cornea upward. Through the obtained space, with the cloudy lens is removed and an intraocular lens is implanted. The remaining provisional nodal joints are removed from the cornea and the excised disc is finally removed. An through donor corneal graft is placed into the surgical wound and sutured to the recipient cornea.
EFFECT: method can reduce the risk of operative and postoperative complications, improve treatment of patients with simultaneous clouding of the optical eyeball media.
