FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. One-stage femtolaser through keratoplasty with femtolaser-assisted cataract extraction is performed. At 1st stage, a circular femtosecond-assisted corneal incision with depth of 2/3 of the corneal thickness is formed on the recipient’s cornea using a femtosecond laser. 2nd stage involves femtolaser-assisted cataract extraction in the form of an anterior capsulotomy, fragmentation of a nucleus of a crystalline lens and a phacoemulsification stage with implantation of an intraocular lens. Further, 1.2 mm corneal incisions are made scleral at 15 and 21 o'clock, tunnel incision 2.2 mm wide is made at 23 o'clock. Corneal disc of the specified diameter is cut out along the corneal incision formed at the first stage. At 3rd stage, a laser interface is applied on the donor cornea; a radius of corneal disc cuts is set for its entire thickness, which is comparable in size to the cornea of the recipient, using a femtosecond laser apparatus. Further, the formed donor corneal disc is fixed on the formed corneal bed of the recipient.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the number of surgical and postoperative complications associated with the stage of lens mass removal, such as rupture of the posterior capsule and prolapse of the vitreous body, as well as complications associated with insufficient removal of lens masses from the equatorial zone.
