SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to new compounds of formula II 
which have the values of radicals and symbols specified in the patent claim. The present invention also refers to a pharmaceutical composition containing said compounds, as well as application of said compounds for preparing drug preparations for treating and preventing amyloid and/or amyloid-like protein associated diseases or conditions.
EFFECT: compounds may be used in treating a group of amyloid protein associated disorders and abnormalities, such as Alzheimer's disease, and amyloid protein associated diseases or conditions; the compounds of the present invention may be used for treating ocular diseases related to pathological disturbances and changes in visual system tissues.
