SUBSTANCE: method involves analysis of a substance via mass spectrometry with laser desorption/ionisation using α-cyano-4-hydroxycinnamic acid as a matrix and an internal standard which does not contain isotopes. The internal standard used is a substance which is closest on molecular structure to the determined organic compound. The amount of the organic compound is estimated using a calibration curve.

EFFECT: easy implementation and interpretation of data and suitability for analysis of organic compounds in various objects.
