FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: commands are sent on a handover from a centre of mobile communication switching into a subsystem of a basic station, besides, alarm messages are sent between a subsystem of a basic station and a centre of mobile communication switching. At the preparation stage messages of internal handover request are sent from the specified centre of mobile communication switching into the specified subsystem of the basic station, at the same time the specified message includes a list of MSC codecs preferred by the centre. In response to the specified message of the internal handover request, the messages of the requested internal handover are sent at the preparation stage from the basic station subsystem to the centre of mobile communication switching, at the same time the specified message of the requested internal handover contains a target cell, a list containing current capabilities in respect to codecs in the specified target cell and completion of IP/UDP in the basic station subsystem.
EFFECT: increased speed of transfer.
