SUBSTANCE: procedure is preceded by infrared diagnosis of dentition thermal stability. If observing a uniform temperature drop in the dentitions and symmetrical cooling zones, the dental health is considered to be good and a possibility to implant a dental structure is predicted. A non-uniform dental temperature drop in the dentitions and the non-symmetrical zones therein makes stating the unhealthy thermal-contrast teeth. Infrared-controlled therapy is prescribed. Filling materials are selected with the use of an infrared scanner. A dental structure is made of the material with the thermal stability properties and a surface coated with the material with the adhesive properties. The procedure is combined with the infrared control of temperature drop progression both in the dentition, and in the dental structure.

EFFECT: method enables assessing the dentition health and quality of the prepared and implanted dental structures due to infrared diagnosing and preparation of the dental structure of the materials with the thermal stability and anti-adhesion properties.
