SUBSTANCE: stent designed for maintaining a lumen of a hollow organ, particularly of a blood vessel comprises first and second hollow cylindrical segments having first and second diametres respectively, and a third segment arranged in between and having a third maximum diametre exceeding the first and second diametres. All three segments represent a lattice framework or a braid. The third segment forms the only one expansion segment. The stent additionally comprises a vascular valve. The vascular valve is a natural vascular valve. The valve comprises a cusp or a flap and integrated in the third segment in its front downstream zone or in front of this zone.

EFFECT: most optimal conditions for fluid flow.
