FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: transcatheter self-opening valve-containing prosthesis for implantation into a pulmonary artery comprises an external support mesh frame made of titanium nickelide alloy, and a casing and a flap apparatus mounted on the frame. Support frame is made in the form of a single structure by laser cutting with subsequent thermoforming, and includes output, central and inflow zones. Central and inflow zones are formed by diamond-shaped cells, cylindrical segment of the central zone has a smooth transition to the inflow zone segment. Segment of the outlet zone consists of four cells of the same size, which are formed by four lamellae curved radially outward. Base of the lamellae is connected to the tops of the equidistant extreme cells of the segment of the central zone. At the top of the frame, the lamellae are connected to each other, forming an element in the form of a ring. Diameter of the outlet zone segment is greater than the diameter of the central zone segment. Inflow zone segment has a larger diameter than the central zone segment. Inflow and central zones are covered from inside with lining.
EFFECT: reduced injuries and higher reliability of fixation during implantation.
