SUBSTANCE: knee bandage comprises a main bandage element presented in the form of a hose or a tube, at least one massage pad and at least one tension element for adjustment of internal pressure of the massage pad on a leg. The main bandage element has a central kneecap zone coupled with the kneecap, a hip zone adjoining the kneecap and coupled with a partial hip zone, and a shin zone adjoining the kneecap zone and coupled with the partial hip zone. At least one massage pad is attached in a massage zone of the main bandage element and has massage elements directed inside the leg with the knee bandage put on. The massage zone with at least one massage pad is arranged in the hip zone to massage a trigger point or a trigger zone of lateral vastus muscle when the knee moves.

EFFECT: additional pressure on hip muscles.
