FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: system comprises an emission source emitting at such range of wave lengths that induces a response in an eye part to be exposed, and adsorbed at least partially at least in one eye part behind said part towards retina (9), but in front of it. The emission generated by said source can be found at such range of wave lengths that makes the eye part to be exposed partially permeable. Said part can be presented by cornea (I), while the response induced in this part by the emission can be described as tissue ablation. The response induced by the emission in the part to be exposed can be also laser-induced optical tissue perforation (also called 'photorupture'). A laser can be used as the emission source. The range of wave lengths generated by the source is found within 1600 nm to 1700 nm.
EFFECT: reduced number and intensity of side effects in the form of damaging surrounding, intact ocular tissues.
