FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and medical equipment, namely an apparatus for refraction laser surgery. The apparatus comprises an emitter for generating a therapeutic laser beam, first positioners of the beam generated by said emitter for spatial and time control of laser beam travel along the operated eye, a camera for operated eye image recording, an analysis and control module providing data analysis of the images from the camera for recognition of the eye motions, and a measuring device on the basis of optic coherent interferometry for measuring eye thickness and depth, preferentially corneal thickness. The measuring device comprises a second emitter providing generation of a measuring beam, and a second positioner of the beam providing measuring beam feed onto the eye. The second positioner of the beam comprises at least one movable positioning element for repositioning of the measuring beam. The analysis and control module is implemented to control the positioning element depending on the recorded eye motions so that the position of the measuring beam follows the eye motions. The control is performed only in case if the eye motion meets the requirement that the eye motion is at least equal to its pre-set displacement relatively to its reference position.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables higher reliability and accuracy of the results ensured by higher measurement stability.
