FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method for making a panty-like product (2) used for receiving body discharges in incontinence, comprising a front portion (4) and a back portion (6) which form a waist closed opening (18) when coupled to each other by making side seams in two regions (14), and a perineal portion (8) provided with an absorbent body (7) and extended in the longitudinal direction (9) between the front portion (4) and the back portion (6) and rigidly connected with the front portion (4) and the back portion (6) with the front portion (4) and the back portion (6) comprising first elasticity means (28) which extend at a distance from each other and parallel to each other in the transversal and waist circle direction (16) and thereby making the front portion (4) and the back portion (6) elastic; second elasticity means (40, 42) are arranged from the side of perineum and facing leg openings (19) for the front portion (4) and the back portion (6) of the portions (22, 26) and extended from two side seam regions (14) extending towards a middle longitudinal axis (44) of the product used for incontinence (2) and arch-wise separated with the distance increased with the method involving the following stages: supplying the perineal portions (8) with adsorbent bodies (7) having leg cuts (116) formed by a first contour cut (112), supplying two partial non-woven cloths (122, 124) forming an expected front portion (4) and the back portion (6) of the product used for incontinence (2), supplying and overlapping the second elasticity means (40, 42) onto the two partial cloths (122, 124) and attaching thereon, bringing the perineal portions (8) together with the two partial cloths (122, 124) so that the perineal portions (8) in the longitudinal direction (9) transversal to the machine direction (120) are overlapped by one end with one partial cloth (122), and by the other end with the other partial cloth (124) with the perineal portions (8) are distanced from each other in the machine direction (120), the perineal portions (8) and the partial cloths (122, 124) are coupled within junction areas and supplied further in the machine direction (120); supplying, overlapping and attaching first elasticity means (28) on the partial cloths (122, 124) in the machine direction (120) to form substantially arch-wise leg cuts (146) that is followed by making another contour cut (142) enclosing the partial cloths (122, 124) on their facing edges (58, 60); folding along a folding line (150) passing in the machine direction (120) so that one partial cloths (122) overlaps the other partial cloth (124); coupling the overlapped partial cloths (122, 124) transversally to the machine direction (120) at a distance from each other to create the side seam regions (14) of the product used for incontinence (2); making the product comprising the front portion (4), the back portion (6) and the in-between perineal portion (8); making a separating cut transversally to the machine direction (120) to prepare the finished products used for incontinence (2).
EFFECT: method improvement.
