SUBSTANCE: invention relates to incontinence product (2) in the form of underwear, comprising: front abdominal section (4) and back spinal section (6), which are formed by components which are separated and spaced apart, and connected to each other on both sides with areas (14) of side seaming which encircle the waist in the direction of the abdominal and back areas with circular waist opening (18); perineal section (8), equipped with absorbent body (7), is located between abdominal section (4) and back section (6); note here that in abdominal section (4) and spinal section (6) first means (28, 29) of elasticity are incorporated, which run parallel to each other in a circumferential direction (16); in sections (22, 26) facing perineum and leg openings (19) of abdominal portion (4) and back portion (6) second means (40, 42) of elasticity are incorporated, which, starting from two areas (14) of side seams, arc in semicircle at an increasing distance from each other; first means (28, 29) of elasticity are spaced apart at a distance at least 20 % farther than the distance at which second means (40, 42) of elasticity in area (14) of the side seams are spaced, and are attached to abdominal section (4) and back section (6) with pretension which is at least 10 % more than the pre-tensioning in secondary means (40, 42) of elasticity.
