ITEM IN FORM OF PANTS USED IN CASE OF INCONTINENCE Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC A61F13/496

Abstract RU 2626951 C2

FIELD: items for personal use.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a folded article (2) used in case of incontinence for absorbing body exudates in the form of pants, comprising a front belly section (4) and a rear back section (6), which 5 are formed by components separate and spaced apart in the longitudinal direction (9) along the median longitudinal axis (44); however, to form in the transverse or waist circumferential direction (16) a continuous belly and back strip with a closed waist opening (18), they are connected to each other when manufactured from both sides In the areas 10 (14) of the side seams, and the crotch section (8) equipped with the absorbent body (7), which extends in the longitudinal direction (9) between the belly section (4) and the back section (6), and is permanently connected with its side remote from the body to the belly section (4) and the back section (6) in the corresponding overlap area (36, 38). The belly section (4), the back section (6), and the crotch section (8) together limit the openings (19) for legs of the article used in case of incontinence. In thebelly section (4) and the back section (6), first elastic means (28, 29) are provided, which extend at a distance from each other and parallel to each other in the transverse or waist circumferential direction (16) and thereby impart the surface elasticity to the belly section (4) and the back section (6). In the area (22, 26) facing the crotch and the openings (19) for legs of the belly section (4) and the back section (6), second elasticizing means (40, 42) are provided, which, in particular, starting from two areas (14) of the side seams, extend in the direction towards the median longitudinal axis (44) of the article used in case of incontinence and enter the overlap area (36, 38) of the crotch section (8) and the belly section (4), or the crotch section (8) and the back section (6). There, they can be deprived of their effect of imparting elasticity, in particular, cut. The article used in case of incontinence is brought in the folded configuration at the manufacturing site. The first bend axis (150) is formed by the median transverse axis (30). The article used in case of incontinence is characterized in that a second (9) bend axis (152) extending substantially longitudinally is provided on both sides of the absorbent body (7) and outside of the absorbent body (7) on each side. Around these second axes, the areas (154) of the belly section (4) and the back section (6), projecting laterally from the crotch section (8), are folded inwardly towards the median longitudinal axis (44). In the area of the absorbent body (7), a third bend axis (156) extending in the transverse direction (16), around which the article is folded, is provided. After folding around the third bend axis (156), the waist edge (17) of the belly and back strip extending in the transverse or waist circumferential direction in the longitudinal direction (9) does not project beyond the first bend axis (150), i.e. does not project beyond the outer bend edge (158) of the article used in case of incontinence, formed by the first bend axis (150). The absorbent body (7) has a first mass per area unit of the absorbent body material in the area of the median transverse axis (30), and starting from the median transverse axis (30) along the median longitudinal axis (44) towards the end (134) of the absorbent body (7) from the side of the belly section and towards the end (135) of the absorbent body (7) from the side of the back section, the mass per area unit of the absorbent body material decreases. The third bend axis (156) is provided at such a distance in the longitudinal direction (9) from the median transverse axis (30), that the absorbent body (7) at this point has a mass per area unit of the absorbent body material, that does not exceed 80% of the first mass per area unit in the area of the median transverse axis (30).

EFFECT: improved reliability.
