SUBSTANCE: invention relates to product (2) used in case of incontinence in form of underpants for reception of body excretions. Product contains anterior abdominal (4) and posterior back sections (6), which are connected to each other in two areas (14) of side stitches in order to form continuous passing in transverse or circular belt direction (16) abdominal and back strip with closed in belt direction belt opening (18). Product is also provided with adsorbing body (7) of perineal section (8), which passes in longitudinal direction (9) between abdominal section (4) and back section (6) and is connected with abdominal (4) and back sections (6) in undetachable way. Abdominal (4) and back sections (6) include first means (28) of giving elasticity, which pass at a distance from each other and parallel to each other in transverse or belt circular direction (16), thus giving superficial elasticity to abdominal (4) and back sections (6), located from the side of perineum and facing holes (19) for legs region (22, 26) of abdominal (4) and back sections (6) include second means (40, 42) of giving elasticity, which, starting from two areas (14) of side stitches, pass in direction towards middle longitudinal axis (44) of product, used in case of incontinence and diverge arch-shaped fantail way with increase of distance from each other.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to ensure strong connection of three construction components without impairment of wearing comfort or other unfavourable consequences for functional possibilities of product and its components.
