SUBSTANCE: invention relates to product (2) in form of underpants used for incontinence, including front abdominal part (4) and back dorsal part (6), formed by separate components, however connected to each other at both sides in areas (14) of side seams, and perineal part (8), which is permanently connected to abdominal part (4) and dorsal part (6) in respective area (36, 38) of overlapping, wherein abdominal part (4) and dorsal part (6) have first means (28, 29) of elasticity, extending in transverse or circumferential direction (16), wherein in area (22, 26) facing perineum and holes (19) for feet of abdominal part (4) and dorsal part (6) there are second means (40, 42) of elasticity, extending in area (36, 38) of overlapping with fan-shaped divergence and increase in distance from each other, wherein product used for incontinence is characterized by that perineal part (8) is permanently connected to abdominal part (4) and dorsal part (6) with help of multiple gluing strips (80) provided in area (36, 38) of overlapping extending in transverse direction (16), wherein gluing strips (80) cover essentially all relevant area (36, 38) of overlapping, and width of at least those gluing strips (80), which are located inside relative to optional edge gluing strips (88, 90) in transverse direction their length is at least 1 mm and no more than 5 mm.
