SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a panty-like product (2) used for incontinence for body discharge collection in incontinence, comprising a front portion (4) and a back portion (6) coupled together by the manufacturer within two segments (14) of side seams to form a front and back strip with a closed waste opening (18) in the continuous transversal or circumferential waist (16) direction, and a perineal portion (8) provided with an absorbent body (7) and a liquid-impermeable coating material (62) extending in the longitudinal direction (9) between the front portion (4) and the back portion (6), and rigidly coupled by the manufacturer with the front portion (4) and the back portion (6); the perineal portion (8), as well as the front portion (4) and the back portion (6) limit leg openings (19) in the product used for incontinence; the front portion (4) and the back portion (6) have an edge contour (32, 34) deviating from the transversal or waist circumferential direction (16) and extending towards an middle transversal axis (30) of the perineal portion (8) to limit the leg openings (19); the front portion (4) and the back portion (6) comprise first elasticity means (28) which extend at a distance from each other and parallel with each other in the transversal and waist circumferential direction (16) and thereby make the front portion (4) and the back portion (6) superficially elastic; second elasticity means (40, 42) extend from the two segments (14) of side seams towards the middle longitudinal axis (44) of the product used for incontinence, within the segment (22, 26) of the front portion (4) and the back portion (6) from the side of the perineum and facing leg openings (19), and are arch-wise separated with the distance increased; a counter acting force generated by surface stretching of the segment (22, 26) is less in the segment (22, 26) of the front portion (4) and the back portion (6) from the side of the perineum and facing leg openings with separation of the second elasticity means (40, 42), than in the superficial stretching in the segment (20, 24) from the side of the waist comprising the first elasticity means (28).
