FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: for full unloading of a reinforced concrete cantilever of a column against actions of adjacent crane beams that lost its bearing capacity as a result of concrete and reinforcement corrosion, a protective layer of concrete above the column ledge and in the gap between adjacent crane beams and the upper part of the column is removed. A central support beam is installed onto a centraliser, and the beam protrudes with its cantilevers beyond the side faces of the column at one and other sides of the column. An anchor beam is installed at the rear side of the column, central and anchor beams are joined with each other by means of horizontal traction rods with nuts and washers. Side cheeks are installed, and a shell is closed. Short arms of levers are brought under adjacent crane beams, and these arms are joined with crane beams by jack bolts operating for compression, and long arms are brought under anchor beams of the shell, and also joined with jack bolts. At the ends control levers are connected to each other and form a closed control frame. The control frame is installed onto the design elevation. Then jack bolts are adjusted in a mechanised manner.
EFFECT: complete unloading of column cantilevers and provision of crane beams flattening.
