FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: in a gap between two rows of crane rails and a pillar they lay centralisers of steel rings, which are filled with expanding concrete. Pads are laid onto centralisers, on top they install tubular shock absorbers, which protrude beyond side faces of the pillar. Support washers are laid onto shock absorbers, and bands are suspended to washers. Holes are produced in lower belts of crane rails for new anchor bolts. At the floor elevation they assemble a closed shell from a pair of two main double-tee beams with holes and a pair of connecting beams with response holes. The pillar is covered with the shell, at the elevation of cantilevers the shell is pulled to the pair of shock absorbers and suspended to them by means of bands. The shell is fixed to the crane rails with anchor bolts, nuts are screwed on bands, and design position of crane rails is recovered. Via nozzles expanding concrete is injected between the shell and the pillar, and the pillar is pressed with concrete. Therefore, the shell is stressed from inside, and the shell and the pillar turn into a single whole. Then crane rails are straightened.
EFFECT: full unloading of pillar cantilevers and provision of crane rails straightening.
