FIELD: physics; control.

SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions relates to methods for statistical control of quality of a product at the factory. Disclosed are statistical process control methods wherein product quality factors are determined; process parameters are selected; a matrix of a control card of quantitative and qualitative parameters is formed and measured according to the first version of the method; or, according to the second version of the method, a matrix of a control card of quantitative and qualitative parameters and a matrix of a control card of qualitative parameters are formed; statistical recording and analysis of deviations of process parameters and product quality factors from selected values is performed, wherein statistical methods are used to calculate and estimate of the correlation coefficient and the state of the process is evaluated, and actions controlling the process are executed; acceptance quality control is also used to determine types of defects, corresponding process operations and adjustment control actions are executed.

EFFECT: easier monitoring of process parameters and high accuracy of control thereof.
